VISA REQUIREMENTS
Usual requirements when applying for visas in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, japan, Korea and other countries:
- Personal Appearance of the Applicant **If required by the Embassy
- Completed Visa Application Forms
- Two recent passport size photos
- Recent passport with at least six months validity and valid commencing on the last day of stay in the certain country
- Old passport with previous travel
- Invitation Letter from the relatives or sponsors
- Copies of sponsor's passport **If sponsored trip or Invited
- Evidence of Sponsor's Fund like Bank Statements **If Sponsored Trip
- If Employed - Employment Letter stating salary and official leave of absence given
- Income Tax Return or ITR
- If Self Employed - Business Registration Certificate, Permits, etc.
- Evidences of Sufficient Funds, Bank Statements or passbook covering the last 2 to 3months. It can explain that the applicant can be able to cover his/her travel expenses.
- Land Titles or any Financial asset. It could justify that applicant must come back to the Philippines when traveling as tourist
- Authenticated Birth Certificate from NSO
- Authenticated Marriage Certificate from NSO
- Appropriate Visa Fee
- Official Detailed Travel Itinerary/Booking Certificate/Tour Voucher
- Travel Insurance

- Other documents may be required by the consulate officer on a case to case basis
- Original and Photocopies must be submitted to the Embassy
