La-ab Adventure

1. RESERVATION

• Advance Reservation is required  subect to accommodation, rental, and slot availability and confirmation.
• All bookings/reservations made by the Travel Agent must be supported by a Booking Voucher
• Fill-up of Registration form for All Adventure Tours operated by the La-ab Adventure Travel Services is required
• Guests Complete Full Name according on valid ID and complete contact details is required upon

2. CONFIRMATION

• For Accommodation, Tour, Rentals advance payment is required depending on the Accommodation Management's conditions.
• Full Payment is required for Domestic Ticket booking on the day of the reservation made
• International Ticket is FREE Booking with deadline of ticketing advised by the airline system.
• Group Tours Operated by the La-ab Adventure Travel Services 50% payment is required to reserve the slot and remaining will be on the 1st day of tour.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUND POLICY on CONFIRMED BOOKINGS shall apply on the following:

• Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings done on the day of the guest's departure
• NO-SHOW or Failure of Guests to arrive on the expected booking date
• FORCE MAJEURE. La-ab Adventure Travel Services shall not be liable to failure to comply with due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of the Management.
